Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. Returns have a fee of €8.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at chensters@borow.es. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Calle Conde de Xiquena 5, 1A, 28004 Madrid, Spain.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items marked as "final sale."

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with the previous policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded the amount minus the return fee, automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process and post the refund.
